- Records customer feedback and escalates complex issues to the appropriate departments.
- Maintains knowledge of products and services to offer accurate information to customers.
- Ensures a positive and professional customer experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus).
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism.
