• Job Title: Customer Service Representative
• Educational Qualifications: Minimum High/Senior High School diploma or 2 years in college with no back subjects is required
• Experience Level: 1 year or higher experience in customer service or call center environments. (Voice & International account experience preferably in Insurance or claims but not required.)
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, excellent customer service, adept at problem-solving, and effective communication.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction through timely follow-ups.
