Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries, order status, refunds, and complaints via phone, chat, and email.
- Accurately log customer information and tickets in the CRM system.
- Deliver professional, polite, and consistent service following company SOPs.
- Comply with shift schedules and meet daily performance and quality targets.
- Assist in escalated cases and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work with client for additional requests/tasks.
- Voice promotion/ basic negotiation upon demands.
- Engaging KOL/KOCs upon demands.
Job Requirements
- Work onsite at company office(Cebu IT park)
- Fluent in spoken English with clear accent; able to understand US/UK English.
- Proficient in English reading and writing.
- Fast learner, able to understand products quickly.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and CRM systems.
