Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries, order status, refunds, and complaints via phone, chat, and email.
  • Accurately log customer information and tickets in the CRM system.
  • Deliver professional, polite, and consistent service following company SOPs.
  • Comply with shift schedules and meet daily performance and quality targets.
  • Assist in escalated cases and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work with client for additional requests/tasks.
  • Voice promotion/ basic negotiation upon demands.
  • Engaging KOL/KOCs upon demands.

Job Requirements

  • Work onsite at company office(Cebu IT park)
  • Fluent in spoken English with clear accent; able to understand US/UK English.
  • Proficient in English reading and writing.
  • Fast learner, able to understand products quickly.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and CRM systems.
