Customer Service Representative
Schedule: Monday to Friday. Shift options: 8:00AM–5:00PM, 8:30AM–5:30PM, 9:30AM–6:30PM, 10:00AM–7:00PM. Training schedule 9:30AM–6:30PM. Shift will be fixed after starting operations.
Job Summary: The Customer Support Representative (CSR) provides a high level of customer service in a call centre environment. As the first point‑of‑contact for our members, the CSR combines technical knowledge with exceptional relational skills to delightfully satisfy our customers.
Responsibilities
- Work on site with consistent attendance.
- Answer telephone calls from providers and members, using the appropriate greeting.
- Listen to client issues, clarify questions or problems, and find resolutions.
- Provide information necessary to resolve client inquiries or problems.
