Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in Client Engagement/Customer Service or call center environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical clients.
