  • Prepare gate pass for delivery
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
  • Monitor and coordinate delivery schedule. Take orders, calculate charges, and process billing or payments. Review customer accounts and make changes, if necessary. Handle returns or complaints.
  • Assist client for any issues and inquiry
