- Assist buyer/customer on it's inquiring.
- Ensuring that customers are satisfied with products or services
- Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer customer's questions
- Escalating queries and concern
- Troubleshooting common issues with product or service
Qualifications
- Knowledgable in Microsoft office application (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Preferably with experience in the same field
- A good typing speed
- Trustworthy
- Full time only
