- Determines requirements by working with customers
- Resolves problem by clarifying issues, researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions, implementing solutions, escalating unresolved problem
- Fulfills request by clarifying desired information, completing transaction, forwarding request
- Gross Sell / Outcalls to customers
