- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email in a professional and timely manner
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns with accuracy and efficiency
- Provide product or service information clearly and concisely
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
- Escalate complex concerns to appropriate departments when necessary
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- High School Graduate (Senior High School) or College level
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- No BPO Experience can apply
- Can work ONSITE
