Job Description

• Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently and professionally.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while meeting call targets.
• Document interactions and follow-up as necessary.
• Minimum of 1 year of BPO experience in a voice account.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work night shifts and start ASAP.
• Proficiency in handling high call volumes.
