We’re looking for customer‑centric, confident communicators to join our Customer Service Centre in Erskine Park.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers and takes pride in delivering a positive service experience — both over the phone and via email.Our Customer Service team works closely with multiple internal departments and truly acts as the engine room of the business, keeping communication flowing and ensuring our customers receive a seamless, end-to-end experience. This is not a sales role, but a service-driven position supporting long-term customer relationships.The span of hours for this role range between - Monday to Friday with both a morning and afternoon shift. Role based on site at Knoxfield with free onsite parking. Key Responsibilities
