Customer Service Representative

What You’ll Do:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and basic troubleshooting
- Provide clear, accurate, and professional information
- Ensure a positive customer experience in every interaction
- Accurately document call details in the system
Qualifications:
- At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate
- With at least 6 months BPO Experience
- Good English communication skills
- Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
