A Day in the Life
The Customer Service Representative III is responsible for managing complex customer transactions and inquiries in support of Medtronic’s Malaysia business. This role provides end-to-end order management, including order entry, pricing validation, delivery coordination, billing support, returns processing, and issue resolution, using SAP and related enterprise systems.
