About the role:

Provide efficient support for the customers, the Sales Department and the Finance Department, ensuring the best service to maintain product availability and provide technical advice. Perform administrative tasks in accordance with internal company guidelines while ensuring compliance processes.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming phone calls, give technical information, and enter orders into the computer system to meet customer expectations.
• Respond to customer requests and resolve their issues by providing product and service information and serving as liaison between the customer and various departments to meet customer demands.
