Customer Service - Purchaser

Summary

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Purchaser (Buyer) to manage purchase orders, supplier follow-ups, and inventory availability for both local and international suppliers . You’ll work daily with JDE (JD Edwards), StockIQ, and JIMS to plan demand, place orders, expedite deliveries, and support internal stakeholders with timely and accurate purchasing execution.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Create, review, and release purchase orders in JDE (JD Edwards) and maintain accurate purchasing records.
• Use StockIQ (or demand/inventory planning tool) to support replenishment, forecasts, and reorder recommendations.
• Work in JIMS to support purchasing workflows and coordination with internal teams.
• Manage supplier communication (pricing, lead times, availability, MOQs, backorders, substitutions).
