Responsibilities
- Monitor airlines and shipping lines updates
- Assist in on-time request of rates from airlines and shipping lines for regular destinations
- Attend to inquiries of clients and customers
- Monitor and report to the department head all client complaints
- Prepare required reports for top management
- Visit clients to check on required services and performance
- Monitor shipment irregularity reports and report to the department head based on the standard report form (per case)
- Prepare supporting documents needed for claims
- Monitor destination holiday status
- Submit report to the department head for analysis and dissemination to clients
- Monitor port strike, port congestion, and natural disaster occurrence at local, transit, and destination points
- Report the latest status to the department head, including impact on export shipments
