Responsibilities
- Engage and establish good relationships with Prospects, from an assigned pool of leads.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and service while speaking to Prospects or Clients.
- Manage appointment cancellations and reschedule new appointments with prospects promptly.
- Conduct regular calls with the Prospect or Client to book appointments for him/her.
- Call Prospect or Client to remind them of their appointment.
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor or Management.
- Minimum 1 year of outbound call center experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good language proficiency to correspond with English and Mandarin-speaking clients for booking of appointments.
