Descripción y detalle de las actividades
  • Provide high level Customer Service; making sure customer needs are taking care off
  • Needs to answer each phone call and provide solutions to each customer (advised by general manager and Vice president of company), status, updates, etc.
  • Follow up on Customer orders, providing efficient information to each order to the team and Customers
  • Update each order in a daily basis with notes, notifications, etc., in our Quick Base system (will get train to use system)
  • Follow up on and update shipping, provide customers with status on Customer Service Orders (CSO) and work orders (WO)
  • Maintain diplomacy and tact while dealing with upset or escalated callers
Experiencia y Requisitos
  • Completed high school
  • Minimum 1 year experience in similar position, wood manufacturing is a plus
  • Ability to solve problems
  • Excellent Communication skills
