The Customer Service Representative (CSR) provides excellent customer service support in accordance with the defined scope of work and service level agreements (SLAs). This role involves ensuring high-quality interactions with customers, meeting quantitative performance standards, and resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Job Requirements:
- Open to HS (old curriculum)/SHS graduates, college undergraduates, or college graduates with at least 6 months BPO experience
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Willing to work shifting schedules, including holidays, as required
