Position: Customer Success Associate

Location: Mumbai

️ Working Days: Monday- Friday

Experience Required: 1-4 years

Salary: upto 8 LPA

Key Responsibilities
Support enterprise client onboarding and day-to-day platform management
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
Coordinate with internal product, tech, and delivery teams to resolve client needs
Document client requirements, use cases, and feedback
Assist in demo preparation and support pre-sales cycles
Build deep product knowledge across clients' core modules

Leading product demonstrations for enterprise prospects
Building and presenting product, and solution narratives
Representing clients in C-suite discussions and strategic client engagements
Travelling with senior leadership to client meetings and events
