Customer Service

We're looking for customer service specialists for processing warranty claims at an in-house program
We offer:
- $16,500 monthly base salary (paid since training day 1)
- Saturdays and Sundays off
- 40 hours per week
- $1,485 on food vouchers
- $800 punctuality and attendance bonus
- Up to $3,000 performance bonus

**Responsibilities**:
- Register warranty claims (offroad leisure vehicles)
- Create orders to ship vehicle parts
- Contact auto shops to follow-up on units being repaired
**Qualifications**:
- Native or fluent English speakers
- Schedule availability from 7:30 to 17:00
- Have travel documents for the US
- Work at site located downtown Monterrey (Barrio Antiguo)
- Previous customer service experience
Pay: From $16,500.00 per month
