Responsibilities
- Responsible for processing customer's purchase orders in the system.
- To assure product is shipped to the customer on the confirmed date.
- To initiate design request changes.
- To submit pricing quotations to the marketing department when necessary.
- Work with the Engineering Department with anything related to new projects and new part numbers when required.
- Negotiate changes related to delivery dates with customers as well as with the corresponding departments.
- Keep department records up to date, excellent communication with customers both internal and external is a must.
- 2 years experience in Customer Service, Purchasing and/or Production Control/Business Administration.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree or Technical Degree in Business Administration.
- Computer skills required (Microsoft Office, MRP).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
