Customer Service

Responsibilities

• Responsible for processing customer's purchase orders in the system.
• To assure product is shipped to the customer on the confirmed date.
• To initiate design request changes.
• To submit pricing quotations to the marketing department when necessary.
• Work with the Engineering Department with anything related to new projects and new part numbers when required.
• Negotiate changes related to delivery dates with customers as well as with the corresponding departments.
• Keep department records up to date, excellent communication with customers both internal and external is a must.
• 2 years experience in Customer Service, Purchasing and/or Production Control/Business Administration.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree or Technical Degree in Business Administration.
• Computer skills required (Microsoft Office, MRP).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
