Customer Service Manager

The Inside Sales Manager is a critical member of the Singapore Branch Managers’ team, responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key clients. This role focuses on understanding client needs, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This focused professional will work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver solutions that meet client expectations and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

This position is part of ST Singapore Branch Leadership team. It is based in Singapore. It reports directly into Singapore Branch Manager, who is also based in Singapore.
