A Customer Support Manager, ensures that the customers of a company are satisfied. The role is to provide superb customer service by leading and motivating the customer support team, developing procedures and talk scripts, and creating customer satisfaction goals.
Job Responsibilities
- Understand existing policies, rules and regulations pertaining to the Project.
- Supervise day-to-day operations in the customer service department.
- Respond to customer service issues in a timely manner, communicate with customers through various channels (Phone, E-mail, Viber, etc).
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Qualifications
- Graduate of any four (4) years course or equivalent.
- Motivated and experienced in managing Customer Service.
- Articulate and with excellent written and communication skills.
- Possess marketing and sales skills.
