**Role Description**
This is a full-time role for a Customer Service Lead at Integrated 3PL in the San Diego Metropolitan Area or Tijuana Baja California area.
The Customer Service Lead is our founding member for customer support.
Tasked with overseeing daily customer support and operational support tasks, high customer satisfaction levels, and effective phone/ written etiquette.
Responsibilities include resolving customer service tickets + working cross function support with all departments to elevating the customer journey pre and post sale. (it is not a call center)
**Qualifications**
- Experience in Customer Service and Customer Experience enhancement
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to prioritize to resolve customer concerns and multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of CRM systems and WMS systems.
- A background in logistics, e-commerce, or supply chain management is a plus.
