Responsibilities

• Coordinate and give continuous oversight to foreign trade operations directly from client facilities, ensuring compliance with import/export processes, achieving efficiency, traceability, and customer satisfaction.
• Act as liaison between the client, international suppliers, freight forwarders, customs and other logistics chain actors.
• Validate and manage foreign trade documentation (invoices, B/L, certificates, declarations, etc.).
• Monitor transit times, shipments and deliveries.
• Provide direct and personalized client service.
• Handle operational anomalies, delays or inconsistencies....
