The auto CSR position requires a dynamic and detail oriented individual responsible for communicating with consumers and dealer‑clients.
Schedule- 9:30 AM - 7:00 PM
- SUNDAY AND ONE DAY OF THE WEEK OFF
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well with others in a fast‑paced environment
- Outstanding dialogue and active listening skills
- Positive attitude and strong phone presence
- Follow defined business processes within the company and sponsor guidelines
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and responsibilities
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Call center or customer service experience
- Conversational English level required
