Job Responsibilities
- Monitor airlines and shipping lines updates
- Assist on time request of rates from airline & shipping lines for regular destinations
- Attend to inquiries of clients and customers
- Monitor & report to department head all clients complaints
- Attend to required report of TOP Management
- Visit clients to check on their required services and performance
- Monitor shipment irregularity report and to department head based on standard report form (Per case)
- Prepare supporting documents needed for claims
- Monitor destination holiday status
- Submit report to department head for analysis & dissemination to clients
