The Customer Service Executive will be responsible to process shipping documentation and billing to customers.
Key responsibilities- Lead a team of customer service staff to process order requests from customers
- Engage with customers to resolve feedback to ensure high level of customer satisfaction
- Perform monthly billing to customers
- Handle customers' billing queries
