Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service and support daily order fulfilment activities.
- Prepare quotations, process orders, and manage billing documentation.
- Coordinate delivery schedules and handle customer enquiries, complaints, RMA, and claims.
- Support the distribution of samples, catalogues, and marketing materials.
- Prepare regular reports on customer feedback and service performance.
- Assist with customer visits, meetings, stock takes, and inbound calls.
- Carry out other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
- Diploma in Business Administration or a related discipline.
- 2–3 years of customer service, sales support, order management, or related experience; experience in the electronics industry is an advantage.
- Experience in material planning, supply chain, or inventory management is preferred. <...
