Follow up on customer orders with Account Managers, prepare and share proforma invoices for order confirmation, and convert confirmed orders into Sales Orders in SAP.

Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Dispatch teams to ensure timely order execution and achieve OTIF (On-Time In-Full) delivery targets.

Monitor pending orders and proactively follow up to ensure serviceability within the committed delivery timelines.

Update customers with dispatch details, including ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) and ETD (Estimated Time of Departure).

Create and process local shipment deliveries in SAP.

Coordinate with the Finance team to ensure timely collection of receivables and maintain payment follow-ups.

Liaise with logistics providers and transporters for vehicle arrangement and shipment planning.

Track and maintain payment status for key customer accounts.
