Responsibilities
- Answering customers through emails, Whatsapp, Facebook and tickets on a daily basis.
- Supporting 2 countries: Malaysia and Singapore.
- Passing leads to the sales team when a customer is ordering a lot or asking for a custom job.
- Collaborating with other departments regarding complaints through our complaints dashboard that will have to be correctly completed to ensure a smooth understanding of the issue for the other departments.
- Identifying and relaying recurrent issues to find a long‑term solution and avoid those issues to happen again.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
