Leasing property:
o Supports and performs lease related activities that includes property management agreements and discussions about property with tenants and landlords
o Advertisement of property providing intricate details on features and descriptions
o Provide potential tenant about features and upgrades for the properties listed
o Respond to queries via phone, email and text messages
o Write lease agreements and complete documentation
o Install signs and lockboxes to vacant and occupied properties
o Determine market price for leasing a property and perform the lease renewal process
