Responsibilities- Provide expert internal and external customer service, interfacing directly with customers and recommending solutions and action plans to internal sales team staff.
- Manage order entry and maintenance, handling inbound customer order forms.
- Support the sales team with direct customer contact, including coordinating reports and serving as the first point of escalation after initial expedites.
- Work closely with the Asset team to process orders for customers and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Typically requires a 2‑year degree and 1–2 years of experience, or a high‑school graduate with equivalent related experience.
