The Customer Service Engineer provides professional technical back-office support to field service engineers and customers across Southeast Asia, focusing on advanced hardware and software troubleshooting, process guidance, and excellent customer communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Support maintenance activities and follow up on digital service reports.
- Ensure timely handling of service-related inquiries and coordinate service dispatch where required.
- Generate and prepare retrofit and MES quotations.
- Manage spare parts inventory and develop tailored spare parts lists and retrofit solutions.
- Perform warehouse inventory checks and monitor whether the Service team submits reports on time.
- Provide on-site technical support and participate in installation and commissioning activities when required, in collaboration with field service engineers.
