Pacific International Lines (PIL) is seeking a Customer Service & Documentation Specialist in Bogotá, Colombia. The role focuses on handling customer contracts, shipping documentation, and ensuring accurate, timely issuance of shipping documents while maintaining high customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Download, treat, and send daily booking requests to customers within the required timeframe.
  • Handle all customer demands and ensure requests are promptly attended.
  • Maintain system accuracy for routes, weight, POL/PODs, commodities, temperature, and other required information.
  • Communicate effectively with Documentation and Sales teams.
  • Manage booking amendments and maintenance.
  • File customer particulars to ensure consistency of PIL service.
  • Follow up bookings with regular or BID customers to confirm expected arrival.
