Key Responsibilities
- Download, treat, and send daily booking requests to customers within the required timeframe.
- Handle all customer demands and ensure requests are promptly attended.
- Maintain system accuracy for routes, weight, POL/PODs, commodities, temperature, and other required information.
- Communicate effectively with Documentation and Sales teams.
- Manage booking amendments and maintenance.
- File customer particulars to ensure consistency of PIL service.
- Follow up bookings with regular or BID customers to confirm expected arrival.
