  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer requests and service issues.
  • Handle complex customer feedback and complaints professionally while maintaining service standards.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the CRM system.
  • Monitor service requests and follow up to ensure completion within the required timeline.
  • Prepare customer service reports, service records and operational documentation.
  • Identify service improvement opportunities and recommend process enhancements.
  • Support daily customer service operations and perform other administrative duties assigned by the company.
