- Coordinate and manage customer enquiries received through phone, email and online platforms.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer requests and service issues.
- Handle complex customer feedback and complaints professionally while maintaining service standards.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the CRM system.
- Monitor service requests and follow up to ensure completion within the required timeline.
- Prepare customer service reports, service records and operational documentation.
- Identify service improvement opportunities and recommend process enhancements.
- Support daily customer service operations and perform other administrative duties assigned by the company.
