Work Schedule
- Rotating shifts between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM PHT
- 5 working days per week, 8-hour shifts
- Rest days are assigned on a rotating basis (no fixed rest days)
Work Setup
- Training: Comprehensive 1-month onsite training (August 31 to September 25), followed by a transition to the hybrid work setup upon successful completion of training.
- Hybrid work arrangement: 2 days onsite and 3 days work from home per week
What you will do
The Online Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the client's online customer experience is positive at all times and when negative experiences occur; ensure the issue is resolved with the customer within specified time frames. The purpose of this role is to show to the customers that we care and in turn create loyal raving fans.
