Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of BPO customer service experience
• International account experience is a plus
• High school graduate (college level/degree is an advantage)
• Good English communication skills
• Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends and holidays

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and/or outbound calls, emails, or chats from local customers
• Address customer inquiries related to products, services, and account concerns
• Follow established scripts, processes, and quality standards
