Customer Service Broker - Personal Lines

We’re looking for an Experienced Customer Service Broker to join our Insurance team in Alberta, fully remote. Reporting to the Customer Service Broker Team Lead, the incumbent will have an exciting opportunity to join the fast growing Insurance brokerage for Ratehub – RH Insurance! The successful candidate will be motivated by working alongside a startup team, thrive in a fast paced environment, and be eager to grow with a rapidly expanding company.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service and professional expert advice to clients.
• Proactively conduct renewal reviews to ensure customer retention targets are met.
• Handle outbound calls to existing clients for renewal review as necessary.
• Liaison with insurers, building and maintaining relationships.
