Responsibilities
- Responsible for directly interacting with customers by efficiently answering post-sales inquiries, complaints, resolving issues, processing orders, maintaining customer records and ensuring a positive experience through effective communication and problem solving skills.
- Build and maintain a solid relationship with customers by ensuring that their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally by providing exceptional services and support.
- Promote and upsell products and services based on customer's needs
- Provides support to all internal and external clients
- Escalate complex or unresolved problems to appropriate business units when necessary
- Achieve agreed upon sales quota /target
- Monitors customer satisfaction level
