Customer Service Associate I

Responsibilities

• Assists customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manages sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintains security of cash and protects company assets.
• Keeps the store well-stocked and recovers merchandise.
• Receives merchandise and helps with unloading trucks and stock replenishment in accordance with productivity standards.
• Ensures a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Maintains cleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
