Customer Service Associate I

We’re seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while operating an assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well‑stocked, recover merchandise, and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment in accordance with productivity standards.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
