Customer Service Associate – Dollar Tree
Part‑time position located at 851 Fischer Hallman Road, Kitchener, Ontario N2M 5N8.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with questions and recommendations
- Manage sales transactions while working the assigned cash register
- Maintain security of cash and protect company assets
- Keep the store well‑stocked and recover merchandise
- Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment in accordance with productivity standards
- Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable
- Other duties as assigned
