Job Summary

The Customer Service Assistant acts as a liaison, providing product information and resolving customer inquiries with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete order information to customers (40%).
  • Answer non‑standard inquiries about products ordered and offer minimal technical assistance (30%).
  • Communicate with customers regarding price discrepancies, shipping information, dates, and lead times (20%).
  • Track product issues, identify trends, and report findings to the manager (10%).
  • Perform other duties as assigned (10%).

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or two‑year technical/trade degree preferred.
  • Five to seven years of related experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Experience with SAP preferred.
  • High attention to detail.
