Role Overview
We’re looking for a Customer Service Analytics Support Lead to join our team and serve as the Data Custodian for all Management Reports under Order Management and Customer Service (OMCS), focusing on data generation and report preparation with analysis.
Job Responsibilities
You will provide data‑driven insights to support improvements in order fulfillment, delivery efficiency, and overall customer service performance. You will collaborate closely with IT, Sales, Logistics, Planning, and Distribution Centers to address operational gaps and ensure customer service targets are consistently achieved.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- At least 3–4 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Supply Chain Operations, or a related field
