A Day In The Life: This role is the first point of contact for any customer who has a purchase order, special requirement, question or an issue with a product or service from the company. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, maintain high customer satisfaction and internally has a clear communication with sales, operations and logistics team, always considering business cost and profits.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Input in SAP the purchase orders from the customer
- Responsible for the “order – to – delivery” process
- Follow up of the trading position of each customer, always been aware of volume, price and delivery period. Commercial negotiation vs SAP.
