Qualifications

  • Conversational English essential
  • Completed high school education
  • Availability Monday to Friday 9am-6pm

Responsibilities

  • Provide high quality customer service over the phone.
  • Resolve doubts and queries in an effective manner.
  • Schedule personalized tourist services.
  • Monitor and ensure customer satisfaction with the services received.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary of $10,000 net per month.
