- Answer customer inquiries
- Attend to billing concerns
- Resolve billing disputes
Qualifications
- Must have at least 6 months of continuous Customer Service experience in a BPO company
- English speaking skills close to native level, minimal to no accent
- Must have a high degree of professional ethics, integrity and a team player
- Energetic, fun and confident personality
- Willing to work full-time night shift
- Amenable to shifting schedules and work on weekends
- Must be willing to work on-site
- Strong customer service skills
