Responsibilities
- Engage with new and existing customers via phone, email, or in-person to promote products/services
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the CRM system
- Follow up on leads and develop long-term customer relationships
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns professionally and promptly
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to enhance customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- HS Graduate (old curriculum) | SHS Graduate (new curriculum) | College Undergraduate | College Graduate
- At least 6 months BPO experience under voice international account (any account)
- Healthcare accounts are a plus, but not required
- Age limit: 50 yrs old
